How to Change Boot Logo on A SC9853i Head Unit?

How to set my favorite picture as boot logo? Here we go.

Step 1: Create a folder named “mycar”in a U disk and put your favorite picture into the folder.

Note: the resolution of the picture is not less than the resolution of your head unit.

Step 2: Go to “Settings”and find “Factory”. Password is“3368”.


Step 3: Find settings like“Boot Screen Logo”. You will see many car logos and your favorite picture is in final page.


Step 4: Click your favorite picture or car brand then reboot your head unit. Done.

It's very important to know factory reset. No matter what problem your head unit has, factory reset is a useful method you can try. Note: Pls copy important files to a U disk and remember canbus option(if your head unit has). After factory reset, you need to choose canbus option for your head unit again. Otherwise, some functions will be affected and can't be used. For SC9853i Head Units: 1)pls go to SETTINGS and find USER. You will see BACKUP AND RESET. 2)Click BACKUP AND RESET.
